European Union (EC) Publishes Regulation (EU) 2024/590 on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer Repealing Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009
On Feb. 20, 2024, the European Commission (EC) published Regulation (EU) 2024/590 of the European Parliament and of the Council of Feb. 7, 2024, on substances that deplete the ozone layer and repealed Regulation (EC) No 1005/2009.
